We’re recruiting for a highly respected contractor delivering full-service tiling and stonework solutions to the commercial, luxury residential, and hospitality sectors. Founded over 20 years ago, they have evolved into a true industry leader. Their offering includes:
- Design coordination for tiling, cladding, and stone elements
- Complete site prep - screeding, ply boarding, waterproofing
- Supply and fit of ceramics, terrazzo, porcelain, mosaics, and large format stone
- Precision waterjet cutting, CAD templating and proline layouts
- Specialist stone restoration and slip resistance treatments
The Role: As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of key project sites, ensuring smooth delivery from prep through to snag-free handover. You’ll be the on-site face of a company that prides itself on quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Managing labour, subcontractors and logistics
- Overseeing health & safety, programme, and installation quality
- Ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded
- Coordinating closely with design and cutting teams
- Maintaining site documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- Experience managing tiling and/or stonework packages
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- SMSTS and CSCS certification
- Clear communicator and capable leader
