With more than 30 years in the industry, the company takes projects from early design through fabrication and finishing to installation. Its work includes bespoke staircases, balustrades, balconies and bridges, alongside structural steel packages and large-scale sculptures. For a Site Manager who enjoys technically demanding work, there is plenty here to get involved in. About the role As Site Manager, you will oversee installation on site, organise the teams carrying out the work and coordinate with the main contractor and adjoining trades. You will keep a close eye on progress, site safety and the quality of the finished installation. You will plan deliveries and access around the programme, check work against drawings and deal with problems before they delay the next stage. Clear communication with the design and fabrication teams will be an important part of the job, particularly where steelwork meets glass, timber or other finishes.
