This is a non-working supervisory role, with responsibility for monitoring site activities, supporting site teams and maintaining communication between sites and the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting multiple live sites throughout the working week
- Supervising groundworks, highways, drainage and tarmac final surfacing operations
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Identifying site issues and helping teams resolve them quickly and effectively
- Carrying out quality, safety and progress inspections
- Reporting progress, updates and any concerns back to the office
