Salary & Package: £60,000 basic salary, plus £350 monthly bonus, company vehicle, hybrid working, pension, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, phone and home IT setup. Salary rising in lockstep to company turnover up to £105,000pa on a £6Mpa Turnover currently £3.5Mpa and growing at a good pace.

About the role: As a Scaffolding Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, compliant and competitive quotations across a range of residential and construction projects. This is a hands-on Estimator position with involvement in client engagement, bid strategy and commercial decision-making, rather than just pricing from behind a desk. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure tenders are commercially sound, well presented and delivered on time. The role also suits an Estimator who enjoys developing relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed scaffolding estimates and quotations
  • Reviewing drawings, scopes and tender documentation
  • Carrying out site visits where required
  • Pricing labour, materials, design and hire durations
  • Ensuring compliance with TG20:21 and NASC guidance
  • Submitting tenders and following up with clients
  • Managing and pricing variations to works
  • Supporting pre- and post-tender discussions
  • Maintaining accurate tender records using StrikeSoft
  • Developing relationships with clients and key contacts
