About the role
You will take full commercial and operational ownership of multiple live projects, ensuring programme, cost, quality and HSE compliance across all contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple groundworks / RC frame / civils contracts simultaneously
- Oversee subcontractor performance and commercial compliance
- Ensure programme, budget and resource control
- Attend tender, pre-start, progress and client meetings
- Implement and monitor RAMS, QA, ITPs and HSE requirements
- Provide reports and updates to senior management
- Drive value engineering and problem-solving on site
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ideal background
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager (subcontractor)
- Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, groundworks & temporary works
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS / CSCS (preferred)
