About the company:
A well-established commercial fit-out and maintenance company with a £13M turnover, over 50 directly employed trades, and double that in contractors, backed up by a great office team. We’re looking for a couple of switched-on Project Coordinators to join a growing, specialist contractor in commercial fit-out and maintenance. From retail rollouts and office refurbs to government contracts, they’re managing projects nationwide. Business is booming. This isn’t just another site job. It’s a chance to grow with a company that’s expanding 20% year on year, values its people, and offers a genuine path to progress.
The Role:
You’ll be coordinating commercial fit-out projects (retail, supermarket refreshes, office refits). No two days are the same, one week it might be a fast-paced one-night install, the next a multi-week office fitout. You’ll be based at their HQ near Aylesbury but out on-site regularly, using your trade background or project know-how to get things moving smoothly. Communication is key with clients, site teams, and contractors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in project coordination / commercial fit-out / retail rollouts
- Ideally a background on the tools or in site / project management
- A clear communicator who understands how to manage trades and timelines.
- Junior or less experienced? If you’re switched on, organised and driven, they’ll support you.
