About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple live commercial interior fit-out projects across the Midlands. You will oversee projects from initial pre-start planning through to completion, ensuring they are properly resourced, coordinated and delivered to the required standards. The role will involve regular travel to sites and client meetings, alongside project management responsibilities from the office in Towcester.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple live commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Taking projects from pre-start through to completion.
- Planning labour requirements and project programmes.
- Carrying out regular site visits and attending client meetings.
- Managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinating works across different trades and project stages.
- Working closely with the Project Co-ordinator to procure materials.
- Coordinating material deliveries to ensure projects remain on programme.
- Identifying, pricing and managing project variations.
- Working alongside the Project Co-ordinator on valuations and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and maintaining commercial awareness.
- Resolving day-to-day site issues and keeping projects moving.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
