Commissioning Engineer – Air Conditioning Systems Up Front Recruitment is recruiting a Commissioning Engineer to join a long-established air conditioning specialist providing commissioning and technical support services across the UK. This role is focused purely on commissioning and technical support. There are no installation responsibilities. The position is replacing a long-serving employee retiring after 16 years with the company, offering genuine stability and longevity.
What’s On Offer- Salary £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

- Working with VRF, chillers, split systems and control systems

- Completing commissioning documentation and site reports
- Writing reports remotely from home when required
- Occasional travel and overnight stays, fully expensed
- Periodic office attendance to meet and collaborate with the team
- Experience commissioning air conditioning or HVAC systems
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment and controls
- Comfortable working independently on live sites
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- IT literate with Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay away 3 to 4 nights per month
