The role combines site supervision with planning and coordination, overseeing multiple gangs and ensuring surfacing and associated civils works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. The successful Surfacing Supervisor will have a strong background in asphalt, surfacing, highways or civils and be confident managing teams across multiple sites.
