Upfront Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major Building Management Systems (BMS), ELV and MEP package in London.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team through pre-construction, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover on a flagship commercial development.
You will manage complex BMS, EMS, security and smart building integration, maintaining program schedules and commercial performance across a three-year timeline with strong client and subcontractor liaison.
