About the Company
This is a well-established, specialist advisory firm operating at the premium end of the mid-market. With a strong reputation, repeat clients and a collaborative culture, the firm is entering a sustained period of growth and investment in its FDD capability.

Why Join Them
This Financial Due Diligence role offers genuine ownership and influence. You will lead engagements end to end, work directly with sophisticated acquirers, and shape how buy-side FDD is delivered going forward. About the Role
As a Financial Due Diligence specialist, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of buy-side FDD engagements, from initial scoping through to final reporting. This is a hands-on, client-facing position requiring confidence, independence and strong commercial judgement.

  • Leading buy-side FDD projects end to end, owning scope, planning, timelines and delivery quality

  • Contributing to the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor to repeat acquirers

This Senior Manager – Buy-Side Financial Due Diligence position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being judged on the quality of their thinking rather than process.
