Why Join Them: The Site Manager will join an established construction team with a consistent workload across the East Midlands and a broad range of live projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of construction sites from mobilisation through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site-based resources to maintain progress against programme
  • Planning and monitoring site activities, sequencing works effectively and identifying potential delays

  • Managing quality throughout the build and ensuring work is completed to the required specification
  • Coordinating deliveries, materials, plant and labour to support efficient site operations
