About the Role

  • Preparing detailed mechanical estimates and tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Pricing pipework installations and associated mechanical services
  • Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations for AC and ventilation packages
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and project teams
  • Producing accurate take-offs and cost breakdowns
  • Assisting with value engineering and alternative design proposals
  • Attending site visits and pre-tender meetings where required
  • Supporting handovers to delivery and operations teams
  • Managing multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
