About the Role: As the Health and Safety Manager, you will oversee compliance and best practice across multiple live construction sites. Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Overseeing health and safety across several projects simultaneously
- Preparing, reviewing and approving RAMS
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits
- Ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations and UK H&S legislation
- Leading site inductions and delivering toolbox talks
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Advising project managers and site teams on safe systems of work
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance and standards
- Maintaining accurate H&S documentation and records
- Supporting environmental and quality compliance where required
- Liaising with external inspectors and regulatory bodies
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate as a minimum
- Experience operating as a Health and Safety Manager or SHEQ Manager within construction
- Strong working knowledge of CDM and multi-site project environments
