The successful Service & Maintenance Manager will manage maintenance contracts from initial quotation and tender stage through to delivery, while supporting engineers, maintaining client relationships, and helping grow recurring service revenue.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing HVAC service and maintenance contracts across multiple sites
- Pricing maintenance works, remedial projects, and service agreements
- Liaising with clients following installations to secure ongoing maintenance contracts
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and service schedules
- Supporting and developing service engineers and technical staff
- Managing quotations, job costing, and commercial performance
- Conducting occasional site visits and client meetings
- Ensuring service delivery standards are maintained
- Supporting improvements across service operations and internal processes
- Working closely with project and installation teams during project handovers
