  • Pricing maintenance works, remedial projects, and service agreements
  • Liaising with clients following installations to secure ongoing maintenance contracts
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and service schedules
  • Supporting and developing service engineers and technical staff
  • Managing quotations, job costing, and commercial performance
  • Conducting occasional site visits and client meetings
  • Ensuring service delivery standards are maintained
  • Supporting improvements across service operations and internal processes
  • Working closely with project and installation teams during project handovers
