Up Front Recruitment are recruiting for a Plant Fitter to join a well‐established groundworks and civil engineering business operating across the South West. This is a mobile Plant Fitter role based from the Exeter area, supporting live projects and maintaining a varied fleet.

This position would suit a Plant Fitter who enjoys autonomy, problem solving, and keeping plant and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will be trusted to manage your workload, attend sites, and carry out both planned and reactive maintenance.

As a Plant Fitter, you will work across excavators, dumpers, rollers, and associated plant, with the support of an experienced team behind you. This Plant Fitter role offers long‐term stability, good organisation, and realistic workloads. For the right Plant Fitter, this is a role you can settle into and enjoy.
