About the role
You will take ownership of estimating for refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects, supporting tenders from enquiry through to submission and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment, fit-out & commercial construction projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications and client briefs
- Produce accurate take-offs and build-ups from first principles
- Send out enquiries and assess subcontractor / supplier returns
