Up Front Recruitment is working with a well-established and fast-growing groundworks and civils subcontractor to recruit an experienced Groundwork Estimator for an immediate vacancy based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business as a groundworks estimator. The company has a strong reputation for delivering quality residential and commercial groundworks projects – including roads, sewers, infrastructure works, and bulk earthworks.

You’ll work closely with the commercial team, pricing a wide range of projects including:
- Residential and commercial groundworks
- Section 278 works
Key Skills
- Using Excel and experience with Bluebeam for take-offs is an advantage
- Working with minimal supervision, but as part of a wider commercial team

- Experienced Estimator within groundworks or civil engineering
- Confident interpreting drawings and producing accurate take-offs
