Up Front Recruitment are seeking an experienced Area Contracts Manager – Retrofit to oversee multiple domestic retrofit sites across North London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking energy efficiency specialist delivering large-scale carbon-reduction projects, social housing schemes and government-backed insulation programmes.
You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and wider domestic retrofit works, ensuring all projects meet PAS 2035 standards and deliver high-quality outcomes for residents.
This role would suit someone with strong operational oversight, excellent communication and a background in managing domestic energy-efficiency, insulation or social-housing refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities- Managing multiple domestic retrofit sites across North London
- Overseeing cavity wall insulation and loft insulation programmes
- Ensuring all works meet PAS 2035 and TrustMark standards
- Leading site teams, installers and subcontractors
- Planning, scheduling and delivering works to agreed deadlines
- Conducting regular site visits, audits and quality checks
- Supporting continuous improvement across the delivery team
- Coordinating materials, labour and logistics
- Ensuring works are completed to specification and within timeframes
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Area Manager in domestic retrofit, insulation or social housing or strong construction background
- Strong understanding of cavity wall and loft insulation installation
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 compliance desirable
- Excellent organisational and people-management skills
- Able to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
- Confident in client liaison and resident communication
- Full UK driving licence
- £50,000 - £65,000 salary
