- Managing the delivery of fit-out and construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing programme, procurement, commercial and contractual requirements.
- Coordinating complex construction elements including structural works, enabling works and specialist packages where required.
- Managing project risks, quality, health and safety and the successful handover of completed works.
Candidate Background
The successful Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will have a strong background in commercial fit-out and construction, with previous experience operating at Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager level. You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong experience managing commercial, retail or high-specification fit-out projects.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within the fit-out sector.
- Experience managing subcontractors, project teams, programmes and client relationships.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, project delivery and commercial requirements.
- SMSTS and CSCS certification.
