About the Role:

Estimator required for an established main contractor based in Glasgow. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of construction projects throughout Scotland. The Estimator will review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation, obtain and assess subcontractor quotations, and produce detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions.

Projects will include new build, refurbishment, community, education, healthcare, and commercial works with project values ranging from smaller schemes through to multi-million-pound contracts. The successful Estimator will have previous experience in a similar Estimator role within the construction sector and will be confident managing multiple tenders and working closely with pre-construction and commercial teams.
