We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful Design & Build contractor with an exciting pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across London. They’re now looking for a confident and proactive Junior QS to support their commercial team on live projects.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their QS career with real responsibility from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sending and presenting costs to clients
- Agreeing rates with subcontractors and managing payments
- Raising and managing invoices
- Processing subcontractor payment applications
- Procuring materials and stock as required
- Supporting commercial reporting and cost control across live sites
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in construction (on-site or commercial office-based)
- Some experience or understanding of quantity surveying duties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in working with subcontractors and internal teams
