A respected design & build contractor known for delivering high-quality residential, student accommodation, and commercial developments across London and the South East is looking to add a Drafting Technician to their in-house design team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD (or similar software)
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to translate design concepts into build-ready plans
- Supporting project documentation, including revisions, updates, and construction issue drawings
- Ensuring all designs comply with current building regulations and standards
- Coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors for seamless design-to-construction transitions
