This role is focused purely on commissioning and technical support. There are no installation responsibilities. The position is replacing a long-serving employee retiring after 16 years with the company, offering genuine stability and longevity.

The Role
- Commissioning air conditioning and heat pump systems nationwide
- Working with VRF, chillers, split systems and control systems
- Attending site for commissioning, testing and troubleshooting
- Providing technical support to contractors and consultants
- Liaising with manufacturers and attending training courses
- Completing commissioning documentation and site reports
- Writing reports remotely from home when required
- Occasional travel and overnight stays, fully expensed
- Periodic office attendance to meet and collaborate with the team
Ideal Background
- Experience commissioning air conditioning or HVAC systems
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment and controls
- Comfortable working independently on live sites
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- IT literate with Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay away 3 to 4 nights per month
