The Role
Looking for a multi-skilled Clerk of Works to join a growing team based on site in London & the South East to monitor and report on quality at live residential, commercial and education projects. The role involves inspecting and reporting on the quality of the works as the project progresses, ensuring compliance with contract documents, building regulations and home warranty provider requirements. You will be inspecting all elements of the build, inclusive of passive fire stopping installations, façade construction and final finishes. This role is key to ensuring quality at all stages of the construction phase through to Practical Completion and the end of the Defects Liability Period.
