Air Conditioning Engineer - Commercial & Domestic
Location: Southampton, Hampshire (covering Winchester, Portsmouth, Fareham, Basingstoke, Bournemouth and the New Forest)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime

A growing air conditioning company in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer. It's a business that does things the right way, treats customers with respect and takes real pride in every installation.
Demand is rising across Hampshire and the surrounding counties. You'll be working on homes and commercial buildings, with a management team that listens and values what you bring.
The work
- Install split, multi-split, ducted, cassette, ceiling suspended and VRF/VRV systems
- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs
- Commission new installations and complete digital job reports
- Be the face of the company on every visit
What you'll need (ideally)
- At least 7 years in air conditioning, across domestic and commercial work
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 certificate
- Strong fault-finding skills and high standards of workmanship
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- The right to work in the UK and a willingness to complete a DBS check
