An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering projects across the rail, transport, aviation, commercial and infrastructure sectors. This Quantity Surveyor position offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of projects valued between £500,000 and £10 million.

This Quantity Surveyor role would suit someone with strong experience in both internal and external construction works and a solid understanding of NEC contracts. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based from either the Acton or Dartford office, with regular site visits as projects require.

  • Producing cost forecasts and financial reports
  • Procurement and subcontractor management
  • Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice

  • Attending site visits on a weekly or fortnightly basis as required
  • Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensuring commercial compliance throughout project lifecycles
