We're on the hunt for a Social Content Creator who lives and breathes internet culture, knows what's trending before it hits the mainstream, and can turn complex financial topics into viral-worthy, relatable content. This is a hands-on, highly creative role with huge scope: from memes to motion graphics, carousels to short-form video, you'll be helping shape a brand voice that breaks through the noise and builds emotional connection.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit standout social-first content—mostly short-form video—tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You'll be the face and/or voice in many of them, so confidence on camera is a must.
  • Platform Strategy: Help define our organic strategy across platforms: what should we post, how often, in what format? You'll test ideas, track performance, and pivot fast based on what resonates.
  • Trendspotting: You know what sounds are peaking on TikTok and which memes are exploding on X—and how to make them relevant to our audience. You'll keep us culturally fluent and reactive in real time.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with brand, product marketing, and paid teams to amplify launches, initiatives, and events with fresh, engaging social content that complements broader campaigns.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with followers, build relationships, and spark conversation. You'll help humanize the brand and turn comments into connections.

Requirements

  • We'll consider applications from all experience levels - show us how damn creative you are, and your ability to create great video.
  • 2+ years of experience in social content creation (agency or in-house).
  • Deep understanding of what works on each social platform—and how to adapt tone and format.
  • Strong video production and editing skills (you know your CapCut from your Final Cut or others).
  • Experience being on camera and comfortable presenting with charisma and clarity.
  • Obsessed with internet culture, creators, memes, and storytelling.
  • Ability to juggle multiple ideas and test rapidly with limited direction.
  • Bonus if you've worked in finance, tech, or for a brand with a strong social identity.

Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000-55,000 depending on experience.
  • Private medical and dental insurance.
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme.
  • 25 days of annual leave + UK public holidays.
  • Financial health and discounts via Mintago.
  • OpenAI subscription covered.
