Our unique approach to design has enabled us to work with a wide range of clients across multiple different sectors and as we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for talented designers that are looking to develop their creative capabilities and push the boundaries of what is achievable in Graphic Design.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, will be capable with video and motion design and show us a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for the principles of design and typography, but also their own unique skills and strengths.
What you’ll do
Working closely with a small number of our clients that have been hand-selected to work directly with you, based on your skillset and visual style, you'll be tasked with helping our clients on a wide range of creative projects within your own capabilities, and also, be helped and guided internally to learn and develop new creative skills.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be a stand-out creative, confident and passionate about what you do. You’ll have the capability to design for a wide range of clients across very different sectors. You’ll have a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry standard Adobe Software and evidence growing skills across modern design platforms, whether that be Figma, Blender or something completely different!
Essentials
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Strong skillset across the Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Demonstrable skills through a strong portfolio of work
Working standard of motion graphic design
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency within motion graphic design and video editing or other unique skillsets
