As Product Domain Director for Shufti’s Consumer Onboarding, Authentication and Fraud solutions, you will own and drive the product vision across a core strategic domain. You will innovate, design, build and scale solutions that help clients securely onboard consumers, re-authenticate returning users, and stay ahead of evolving fraud and bad-actor behaviour. This is Shufti’s largest product domain and a central driver of our growth, client success, and competitive differentiation.
What You’ll Do
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain in alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional delivery through Tech, Product Marketing and Marketing to take products from ideation through launch and into sustained market growth.
- Drive commercial success, including pricing strategy, packaging, market positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success and Account Management to understand customer needs, champion product value, and unlock expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate across pods including Platform & Partners, Transaction Monitoring & Dynamic User Risking, and Business Solutions to ensure integrated, cohesive offerings.
- Own metrics for success, including adoption, retention, revenue, and fraud performance, and use data to inform strategy and prioritisation.
- Act as a domain ambassador with clients, partners and at industry events - articulating product value and industry insight.

It would be an advantage if you have:
- 5-7 years Product Management, or within consulting, operations or GTM, including team leadership.
- Experience with identity, fraud, risk and screening solutions in B2B SaaS, fintech or platform environments.
- Track record owning a portfolio of products across different lifecycle phases.
- Represented your organization externally at events, webinars and conferences.
- Supported multi-disciplinary teams from Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience of implementing Agile/Lean practices and remote delivery teams.
- Global experience, including additional language(s).
You may have previously worked in:
- Identity Verification vendors such as Onfido, Entrust, IDnow, Jumio.
- Fraud and risk orchestration platforms such as SEON, Sift, Riskified, Forter.
- AML screening and risk intelligence platforms.
You will be expected to work at Shufti's London office in Spitalfields 3-4 days a week.
