Help craft the beer behind the brand. At Robinson Brewery, we don’t just brew great beer—we deliver it to customers at the highest standard every time. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Production Operator to join our Bottling & Tank Room team and play a key role in getting our products from tank to bottle, safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and operating bottling and tank room equipment
- Handling beer and soft drinks through processing and delivery to packaging lines
- Carrying out quality checks, sampling, and recording results
- Troubleshooting faults and keeping downtime to a minimum
- Supporting and training teammates to raise team performance
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining world-class standards
- Keeping everything safe, clean, and audit-ready at all times
Working pattern
- Monday to Friday (morning & afternoon shifts)
- Flexibility required based on business needs
- Bank holidays included (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day)
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Pride in delivering high-quality results
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- Ability to adapt, learn, and support others
- Confidence in maintaining equipment and spotting issues early
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in food/drink manufacturing or FMCG
- Knowledge of packaging or liquid processing
- Engineering or maintenance experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods
- IBD Packaging Certification (or working towards it)
