Experience: 10 to 15 years Job location: Stevenage, UK Work model: 3 days per week work from client office Key responsibilities Drive programme delivery own and drive the deliverables for the Windows 11 lab-computer upgrade across ~15 Global R&D sites, keeping the programme on track to time, scope and quality.
Stakeholder management work closely with stakeholders across sites and geographies (UK & US), aligning priorities and keeping everyone informed. Executive reporting produce and present clear executive summaries on progress, milestones, risks and decisions for senior leadership. Budgeting own programme budgeting and financial tracking, providing accurate forecasts and status. Risk & escalation management proactively identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, and manage timely escalations. Leadership support support general departmental activities, working closely with the senior Product Director and his immediate leadership team (UK & US). Governance & cadence run the programme cadence planning, status reporting and steering inputs keeping delivery disciplined and transparent.
Required experience & skills Strong, proven Project Manager background delivering technical / infrastructure programmes to time and budget.
Experience delivering large-scale end-user compute, OS upgrade or infrastructure rollouts (Windows 10 ? 11 highly relevant).
Multi-site, ideally global, delivery experience across distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management across geographies (UK & US) and up to senior / executive level.
Confident executive-level reporting clear, concise summaries for senior leadership.
Solid budgeting and financial-tracking discipline.
Strong risk, issue, dependency and escalation management.
Able to work onsite at Stevenage (STV).
