Job Description: SAP Warehouse / Logistics Consultant ECC Production Support & Assessment

Strong SAP Warehouse Management experience is a must. Support SAP ECC warehouse/logistics execution through production support and onsite assessment. Identify drivers of manual work, delays, and rework in operational logistics processes and provide findings-based recommendations aligned to SAP standard practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP ECC production support for warehouse/logistics execution processes such as: inventory movements, goods issues/receipts, warehouse execution steps (based on current landscape)
  • Shadow warehouse users/super users and observe operational execution to identify:
    • manual processing steps and workarounds
    • throughput constraints and bottlenecks
    • repeat errors and rework loops
  • Collaborate with MM/P2P and FI workstreams on cross-functional friction points.
  • Incorporate Epsilon insights into prioritisation and findings validation.

Required Skills

  • 5 years SAP ECC logistics experience (MM-IM / WM / LE depending on system usage)
  • Strong operational troubleshooting and user-facing support capability
  • Comfortable working onsite in operational environments
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to translate observations into actionable recommendations
