Job Description: We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our client’s high end fit out project in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, managing resources and overseeing Health and Safety on site. Key Requirements: * Gold or Black CSCS * Valid SMSTS * First Aid at Work certification Responsibilities: * Supervise daily site operations * Oversee health and safety protocols on-site * Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel * Monitor materials, equipment and workforce allocation * Report project progress to Site Manager * Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment Rate of Pay: £280- £290 per day How to Apply: If you meet the specified qualifications and are available to start on the specified date, please submit your updated CV along with copies of your relevant certifications
