Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on a live Industrial refurbishment project in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in live Distribution Centres.
Key Requirements- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in fast track retail fit out projects
- Amazon background check
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to the main contractor
