Our client is currently seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to join their well-established construction business based in Wakefield. The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple sites, overseeing and delivering a wide range of high-profile, fast track retail projects, managing all stages of the projects and coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met while maintaining the high standard of service expected by the company.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in fast track retail fit out projects
Responsibilities:
- Full project management, leading the planning, scheduling, and delivery of retail fit out projects from concept through to handover.
- Manage Health and Safety and implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements.
- Multiple site teams reporting to you.
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and communicate project updates to the Operations Director and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel.
- Develop, control and ensure delivery against the project budgets.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
