We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our Mental Health Facility refurbishment in Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in internal refurbishments, preferably in Education, Healthcare or a similar environment.
Key Requirements:- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Enhanced DBS
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay: £290 - £300 per shift
