We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our client’s large commercial project in Morpeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out.
Key Requirements:
- Black CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- First Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to Contracts Manager
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay: £270 - £280 per shift
