UPB Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contractor specialising in high-end retail fit out projects across London. We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong joinery background to join ongoing and upcoming projects.
Job Description:
- Working foreman role – hands-on alongside managing site activities
- Overseeing joinery and finishing works to a high standard
- Supervising trades and coordinating daily site operations
- Ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety standards are met
- Acting as the link between site operatives and project management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter/Joiner
- Strong joinery background essential
- Experience on high-end or retail fit out projects preferred
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
- Ability to lead by example and deliver quality under tight programmes
