UPB is a leading Construction Recruitment company operating nationwide. We specialise in connecting skilled construction professionals with reputable companies and projects, whilst ensuring both our clients and candidates receive exceptional service.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on a live Industrial refurbishment project in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in live Distribution Centres.

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in fast track retail fit out projects

Responsibilities
  • Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
  • Oversee health and safety protocols on-site

Salary: £280 - £300 per day
