UPB is a leading Construction Recruitment company operating nationwide. We specialise in connecting skilled construction professionals with reputable companies and projects, whilst ensuring both our clients and candidates receive exceptional service.

We are currently seeking a Retail Site Manager to work for our client's roll out predominantly in the north of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS, Black CSCS & First Aid
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in fast track retail fit out projects

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
  • Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
  • Report project progress to the main contractor
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Salary: £270 - £290 per day
