UPB is working with an established contractor to recruit an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a refurbishment scheme based in Glasgow. This is a 12 month contract paying £270 per shift (CIS), offering the chance to lead site operations on a well-established refurbishment project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising direct contractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety across all site activities
  • Acting as main point of contact on site, with efficient communication across the customer and internal UPB teams
