Job Description: We are currently seeking a General Foreman to work alongside the Site Manager for our client’s multi million pound commercial/ leisure project in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, managing resources and overseeing Health and Safety on site. Key Requirements: * Gold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS * First Aid at Work certification Responsibilities: * Supervise daily site operations * Oversee health and safety protocols on-site * Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel * Monitor materials, equipment and workforce allocation * Report project progress to Site Manager * Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment Rate of Pay: £240 - £260 per day How to Apply: If you meet the specified qualifications and are available to start on the specified date, please submit your updated CV along with copies of your relevant certifications
