Urban Pubs & Bars in London is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a growing, multi-site kitchen operation. You will work closely with an Operations Manager to oversee up to 10 sites, uphold exceptional standards, mentor Head Chefs, and drive creativity with seasonal menus across our pubs, bars and restaurants.
You will champion team development, manage stock, safety and profitability, and embed a culture of culinary excellence and collaboration.
