We are looking for a brilliant new person to join our Learning & Development team here at Urban Pubs & Bars. What you’ll be doing:
- Running our LMS platform | Managing the system and building engaging training modules our teams actually enjoy
- Weekly reporting | Keeping a clear picture of where our training stands and sharing it with the team
- Owning the training calendar | Keeping it up to date, organised and running like clockwork
- Being there on site | Offering hands-on, day-to-day support to our venues and our people
- Living our culture and values | You’ll be one of the faces of what Urban stands for
