Urban Pubs, Bars & Restaurants is seeking a Head of Openings in London to lead the opening of new pubs, bars and restaurants. You will manage the Openings Team and collaborate with Operations, Kitchen, People, Marketing and Development to drive launches from development through to day one and beyond.
The role is hands-on, fast-paced and focused on building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and continually refining the opening process as the business grows.
