Upavon Fly Fishing are looking for a full time ecommerce Retail Assistant to run daily operations from our warehouse and online store. Working often alone with the benefit of flexible working hours, the core role is running the daily operations of the online store, order fulfilment, customer service and advice.
Responsibilities:- Manage website, upload and monitor online products
- Produce product media and information for online store & social media pages
- Manage stock levels & generate purchase orders from suppliers
- Fulfil retail and wholesale orders
- Adhere to state health and safety practices
- Understanding of the fly fishing industry and associated products essential
- Advise customers on products and services
- Experience using ecommerce platforms desirable
- Must be IT literate, able to utilise web browsers and shipping applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically mobile (ability to lift boxes & packages)
- Able to work alone with little supervision
