This Salesforce Software Engineer will work closely with existing in-house technology, data and operations teams, and will play a key role in defining the overall solution design and build, and to then ensure its correct implementation. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our financial services business. Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce features, including flows, triggers, Asynchronous processes, reports, and dashboards, to optimize business processes. Oversee system integrations between Salesforce and other applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact and recommending enhancements to maximize system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and security protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Skills/Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer, preferably in the financial services sector. Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs. Good Knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Additional Knowledge on Geogrid, Google Maps or Esri maps implementation along with Salesforce Managed packages such as Conga , Conga Batch , Salesforce Maps. Agile Software Project Management methodologies such as SCRUM and experienced on Dev Ops tools such as ADO Boards and Jira for tracking purpose and project management purpose.
