About the Role

Reporting to the Village Manager at Woodland Village, Wallsend NSW, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the village by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support on a part-time basis. You will often be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, helping to create a warm, respectful, and supportive community environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

A current driver's licence is essential, as travel between villages may be required from time to time.

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and general administration tasks
  • Assisting with resident activities, outings, and community communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Supporting a positive, caring, and team-focused village environment

  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely compassionate
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient way
  • Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A supportive team player who enjoys working with people
  • Hold a current driver's licence and are willing to travel between villages when required

Desired Experience (Highly Regarded)

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Administration experience
  • Experience in aged care, retirement living, or community services (desirable but not essential)
