The Opportunity
We are looking for a Food Services Assistant to join our team at Thomas and Rosetta Agst Facility in our Sydney Region. A great opportunity exists, with availability required on weekends, for someone to perform cooking and kitchen duties. We are seeking people to provide a high standard of quality care to facility residents, by providing and maintaining a high standard of cooking and food service within the facility.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in table service and clearing duties
- Experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen and or bulk food preparation – desirable
- Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
- Experience in Aged Care desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player who is highly motivated
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
